What the Chain Lightning Aspect does

Chain Lightning converts repeated hits on one target into pressure across a cluster.

Hits arc between enemies for AoE; Lightning Blessings reward repeated hits and clustered targets.

Pick it when
Pick it for dense rooms, fast weapons, and projectiles that can contact several enemies.
Think twice when
It loses relative value in isolated boss fights or rooms where enemies stay far apart.
