The upgrade order that stays useful

  1. Choose a repeatable engine. The weapon, fire mode and Aspect should produce one interaction consistently.
  2. Repair the missing encounter. Give a room-clear weapon a boss answer, or a precision weapon pack coverage.
  3. Protect the combat loop. Reload, Heat, charge time, range and mobility can matter more than another conditional multiplier.
  4. Add scaling after stability. A growing bonus has no value if the run ends before the condition pays back.
