The strongest strange weapon — it does not play like a normal gun. Goo-and-stab setups create huge damage, especially built around close-range pressure and enemy control.

Underrated because it is unusual. Build raw damage so goo and stab effects chain, and pair with Tentacles (which count as allies) for a summoner-style pressure build.

Pick one primary and one secondary fire mode at the Workbench. Each weapon has three of each.
Primary fire
- Rapid Goo — Multiple arcing goo orbs.
- Fish Spit — Goo that makes enemies more vulnerable to stabs.
- Hazardous Goo — Goo dealing stacking damage over time.
Secondary fire
- Piercing Stab — Forward stab, piercing, high Weakspot damage.
- Wide Stab — Wide knock-back stab.
- Chainsaw — Repeated slashes, ramping on the same target.
Fish Deity Ancient Forge upgrades
Weapon-specific Forge mods that reshape how the Fish Deity plays.
- Elastic Goo — Projectiles bounce, exploding and dealing 25% more damage for each bounce.
- Softening Acid — Enemies hit by your Primary take 50% more damage from your next Secondary.
- Weakening Jabs — Enemies hit by your Secondary are Weakened and Slowed.
- Repeating Jabs — Weakspot stabs create a second stab.
- Pursuing Horn — Killing an enemy refreshes Dash. Dashing increases your Secondary damage by 25% for 2 sec.
- Long Horn — Secondary range increases by 50%.
- Stunning Strike — Increase the Fish Deity's Stun duration by 300%.
- Discharging Reload — A discarded Fish Deity explodes in a 8-meter radius after reloading, dealing 2000 damage and stunning enemies hit.
How to unlock the Fish Deity
Unlocks in the Pregame Lobby after beating the First, Second and Third Herald (Act 4, Stage 1) across runs; then go behind the waterfall on the seaside path and collect it once the statues fill the pond.
